League leaders are elected by the membership in a process outlined in our bylaws, with voting taking place each spring at our Annual Meeting. Serving on the Board of Directors is an excellent way to engage more deeply with the community and other civic organizations, and to develop your leadership skills. There are no prerequisites for being nominated to the Board; members who are active in the League will have the opportunity to serve!
